Meeting Minutes

The following is an account of meetings my team and I have had, but can be expended on in my “Days”.

(30/04/2016)

Note taker: Me
Attendees: Myself, Ben, Damian

Discussion:

  • we discussed what we should ask our client;
  • roles; people’s strengths and weaknesses;
  • how best to keep in touch with one another.

Conclusion:

  • there would be a lot to remember and we would have to keep notes when in Cockington;
  • Ben was interested in the graphics aspects but couldn’t really use Photoshop/ Damian liked pre-production and since I like the graphics side of things too, I could help Ben and work on any text that could be needed for the website as well;
  • since Damian didn’t have Facebook, we would need to share other means of communication.

Actions:

  • Made brief notes on what we would need to talk about with our client;
  • we shared email addresses and phone numbers
